MercInteractive offers its products and services primarily through its direct sales organization, as well as through inside corporate sales professionals worldwide. The company has strategic alliances principally with Oracle, SAP AG, Siebel Systems, and Accentor. Mercury Interactive Corporation was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Mountain View, California. As late as April 28, 2005, Defendants increased their previous 2005 annual guidance, serving to affirm prior statements that the company was continuing in a positive direction.
